Pumpkin Pie w/White Chocolate Ganache

Michigan Roasted Pumpkin purée added to our creamy custard pie base. Our buttery, flaky pie crust is the perfect partner with this Thanksgiving classic. The White Chocolate Ganache on top is the custom signature from Pastry Chef Kristina Conger. 

Filling Ingredients: Roasted Michigan Pumpkin, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Eggs, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg.

Crust Ingredients: King Arthur Flour, Butter, Water, Sugar, Salt.

Ganache Ingredients: Heavy Cream, Egg Yolks,  White Chocolate, Sugar.

Contains: Wheat, Dairy (Sweetened Condensed Milk, Butter, Heavy Cream, White Chocolate), Eggs.
