Seeded Loaf Sourdough

Made with 20 year old sourdough starter.

Similar to our Rustic Loaf, this seeded loaf starts with a blend of bread, rye and whole wheat flours.  We add a mix of pepitas, sunflower, flax and finally black + white sesame seeds.  

 Ingredients: King Arthur Bread Flour, Sourdough Starter, Water, Whole Wheat Flour, Rye Flour,  Black and White Sesame Seeds, Papitas, Sunflower Seeds, Salt, Yeast.

Contains: Wheat, Sesame Seeds, Papitas, Sunflower Seeds.

This product was made in a home kitchen with peanuts and tree nuts.
